1.) Write down 3 things that you are grateful for today.
2.) Do something kind for someone else
3.) Complete 20 minutes of movement
4.) Laugh really hard at something
5.) Practice 60 seconds of being quiet and breathing deeply
6.) What is something that brings you joy? (________________) Do that Today.
